By using the Azr Market store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪). The delivery fee is shown before you confirm the order.
We confirm every order with you. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock or the price is clearly wrong, and refund anything paid in full.
For "price on request" products we send you a quote, valid for the period stated in it.
Product images are for illustration; colour or look may vary slightly between versions.
Payment
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card on delivery, as shown at checkout. For credit sales the amount is recorded as a balance on your account until paid.
Delivery
We deliver across the West Bank, Jerusalem and Israel. The fee depends on the area and the product size.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after confirmation, and may take longer in emergencies or for large machines.
Check the parcel on delivery. If there is visible damage or something missing, tell the courier and message us the same day with a photo.
Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original condition and box, with all accessories and the invoice.
We refund using the original payment method or as store credit, as you prefer, within 7 working days of receiving and checking the product.
Delivery fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our mistake or a defect.
These cannot be returned:
Consumables once opened, such as filament, vinyl, resin and printing paper.
Cut, custom-made or special-order items.
Electronic parts once soldered or installed.
Software, digital products and codes once activated.
Defects and warranty
If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, message us within 7 days and we will replace, repair or refund it at our cost.
After that, the product's warranty certificate applies for the period stated in it and covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover: misuse, breakage, drops or liquid damage, unsuitable power supply, opening by an unauthorised party, consumable parts such as nozzles, blades, belts, lenses and laser tubes, or tampering with the serial number.
Points and discount codes
Points are a reward with no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
A discount code can be used once, under the conditions stated with it.
We may cancel points or codes obtained through manipulation or abuse.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for orders placed from your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone used your account without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep information and specifications accurate. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, and we are not responsible for indirect damage caused by using a product incorrectly.
Law and contact
